Confused by taxes and the IRS? Don’t worry, we have the expertise to help. Our team specializes in tax strategies for small business owners and we’re here to simplify the process of getting caught up on taxes while MAXIMIZING your savings.

Step 1.

Discovery Call

The initial step is for our team to gain an overview of your business, including its financial status, tax liabilities, and formation setup. We may require specific documentation to get started.

Step 2.

Tax Plan

We’ll create a tax plan designed to optimize savings for both the business and its owners. The plan will include a variety of tax-saving strategies, along with estimated savings for implementing each strategy.

Step 3.

Implementation

We’ll present the tax plan to explain the benefits of each recommended strategy. You can then purchase the completed plan to implement it yourself, or you can hire us to implement the tax plan for you.

  We were with a different local Tax Prep Co. in our area and became dissatisfied with the process which changed from year to year. That plus poor communications. Found S&C online and gave them a call last Sept., and Christina suggested I call back in January and make an appointment to get to know Andy. I did so and we went with Andy after a brief meeting. What a difference. Quick, Simple, Straight forward, and Andy even took the time to show me how the last Administrations tax cuts helped us pay less to the Feds. Spillman & Crane has new customers for life. Office staff is also very friendly, all in all it's just a nice comfortable atmosphere.
